Hi,

here is a small presentation of my Mégane II 1.6 16V Grandtour dynamique. I have it since 2005 and I´m the one and only owner.
It has leather interior, HID-lamps and so on. Also some tuning was done.

Engine:

- K&N air filter in normal housing, pipe from diesel without dampers
- platinum sparkplugs NGK PFR6G-9
- 4-1 exhaust manifold with 200 cell catalyst from RC-Racing (http://www.rcracing.es/Registro.aspx?reg=KCE230CAT230_480366)
- intermediate and rear silencer from Mégane RS (original tail pipes cut off and replaced by a bow, invisible but quite loud... ;) )

Suspension:

- front springs Mégane II RS
- rear springs re-inforced from MAD (http://www.mad-tooling.com/en/suspension-systems/products/) (HV-140478)
- front discs drilled Zimmermann 300mm (from Grand Scenic 2.0T)
- Wheels ATS Sky in 9x16 ET30, painted anthracite
- Tyres Dunlop SP9000 in 235/50 R16

Goal ist to mount the intake-manifold of the ClioIII GT (K4M-862) / Twingo RS (K4M-854) including throttle-housing.

There is a special gasket between upper and lower intake-manifold necessary and two different couplings for vaccum hoses. (breake boost + charcoal filter)

You might have seen, that I have installed a BMW throttle. This is to the fact, that the BMW throttle Nr. 13541439224 is fully compatible to the Renault throttle (8200110994) that is normally used, there is only a slightly difference of the flange geometry where the intake hose is mounted. But you get normally cheaper than the Renault part...
